Spinning: A stationary cycling class that combines rhythmic control training, with popular athletic drills! This dynamic workout uses rhythmic training as active aerobic recovery drills, while capitalizing the intensity of athletic performance drills. Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a whole body workout that combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Whether you are a 'first timer' or an 'old timer' suffering from back pain or would like to prevent it from occurring this class will make you more resilient and get your spine back functioning properly.

Kettle Bell: The Kettlebell is a cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell's center of mass is extended beyond the hand. This allows for swing movements not possible with traditional dumbbells. Because more muscle groups are utilized in the swinging and movement of a kettlebell than during the lifting of dumbbells (particularly posterior chain and core muscles), a kettlebell workout is to be more effective, and yields better results in less time.

Core work, ply metric exercise, step intervals and muscle conditioning may be included in this one hour guaranteed to sweat workout. All levels welcome.

Hatha yoga is generally described as the mother of all yoga styles, with other styles based on the same system, but with each bringing in their own, slightly different emphasis. The postures practiced in Hatha yoga are designed to deepen the awareness and centre the body and mind.

Restorative Yoga: Beginners Welcome! This gentle, calming class uses supported poses, breath work and sound to release tension and activate the body's natural healing system. Approximately four to six "easy" poses are experienced during each class allowing you to gently and comfortably relax and release. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.

Ashtanga Flow Yoga: A deeply meditative and fluid practice, students will explore pranayama and the integration of movement and breath in a flowing series of postures inspired by Ashtanga Yoga. This practice creates a deep internal heat, purifying the body on a cellular level, quieting the mind, awakening a dynamic internal dance and a deep sense of vibrant stillness.
