Anna Danda, the Director of Core Studio, graduated from Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland in 2000 with a Master Degree in Physical Education. Anna’s knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, as well as thorough methodological preparation makes her an effective and skilled trainer and fitness instructor. Anna has also been affiliated with the Academy of Physical Education as a lecturer in the courses for Aerobic and Fitness instructors.
Anna has been successfully conducting various forms of group exercises for the last 10 years. In Poland, she was a co-owner of a small Aerobic Studio which offered 15 aerobic classes per week. Following her arrival to Canada in 2001, Anna taught at major Hamilton fitness clubs such as Premier Fitness, Family Fitness and Total Fitness. She instructed an average of 8-12 classes a week, attracting many participants. Her knowledge, skills and charisma have contributed to the success of Premier Fitness, which was recognized as “The Best Fitness Facility in Hamilton in 2005”.
As a mother of two young boys, Anna understands the physical, emotional and mental demands of being a young parent. Her goal is to reach out and support new mothers in their exciting but demanding role, and to assist them in getting back in shape, gaining strength and building up new energy reserves for their families. Anna’s excellent kinesiology background, exceptional energy level and pervasive enthusiasm, as well as her diverse experience make her an inspiring and motivating fitness leader – a leader who can successfully guide you on your path to wellness.
